I did not find any cons

before CIGNEX, Excellerent merge with Relevance Lab there was access to the Owner who were good people.

If you lose your project, they let you go immediately — there’s no bench policy or support to find another assignment. The newly merged company gives the impression of having a strategy, but beyond a glossy website, there’s no real plan in place.
