Relatively higher in hand salary than the industry Free food

Cons

Lacks good culture Still figuring out where their future lies No work life balance Overworked employees Prevalent hiring and firing No structured training program I had known of incidences where they reduced the pay of existing employees on pretext of performance

Not much to talk about here ...

Cons

They just string along constants with a renewal of our contracts every 90 days. The pay is great but stability is not so much. Every three months you are wondering if you still have a job. Don’t even waste your time. I would take a pay cut to have a real secure job
