Pros

Provides exposure to real-world work responsibilities. Can serve as an entry point to gain initial experience.

Cons

Strong culture of nepotism, where management positions are assigned based on personal relationships rather than skills or performance. Lack of meritocracy, with limited opportunities for growth even when employees are more qualified. Some managers display unprofessional behavior, including yelling or disrespectful communication. Very limited benefits beyond base salary. Salary is not competitive compared to similar roles in the market. Little to no investment in employee development, training, or career progression. Work environment can be stressful and demotivating over time.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We're glad Relish gave you meaningful real-world experience early in your career. The concerns you've raised — around fairness in advancement, communication from leadership, and investment in employee development — are ones we take seriously. We're committed to a merit-based culture, and when feedback suggests we're falling short of that, it's something we need to hear. We're actively working to improve how we support career growth, set clear expectations for leaders, and ensure our compensation remains competitive. We don't want anyone to feel like their contributions go unrecognized or that the path forward is unclear. We appreciate your honesty and wish you the best.

Pros

Like every organization I have worked for, Relish demands excellence as an Account Executive. What really put a smile on my face, Relish has a "Culture Club". In the past all "clubs" for companies I worked at required overachieving quota. Relish wants employee's to add to the Culture! No toxic culture here! Love this!

Cons

Need to wait 90 days for 401K.

This made our day! You nailed it — Culture Club exists because we believe culture is everyone's job, not a reward for hitting quota. We're glad that came through. On the 401(k) — it's worth noting that most of our benefits kick in on day one, and the 401(k) eligibility window is something we continue to evaluate as we grow. We appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind. Thank you for bringing this energy to the team. We're lucky to have you.

Pros

The work here is genuinely challenging in the best way. Every day I feel like I make a real difference — not just for our customers, but for my coworkers too. The culture is deeply collaborative. It's not just "if you see a problem, report it" — it's "if you see a problem, what's your solution, and how can we help you get there?" That mindset makes a huge difference. People here want to grow together.

Cons

Communication could be stronger. Information isn't always shared in the most effective way, and documentation gaps exist across the organization. That said, the cons are actively being worked on — there's no shortage of people willing to roll up their sleeves and build what's missing.
