Pros

The work here is genuinely challenging in the best way. Every day I feel like I make a real difference — not just for our customers, but for my coworkers too. The culture is deeply collaborative. It's not just "if you see a problem, report it" — it's "if you see a problem, what's your solution, and how can we help you get there?" That mindset makes a huge difference. People here want to grow together.

Cons

Communication could be stronger. Information isn't always shared in the most effective way, and documentation gaps exist across the organization. That said, the cons are actively being worked on — there's no shortage of people willing to roll up their sleeves and build what's missing.

Pros

- New Macbook upon arrival - Guatamala teammates

Cons

- Rampant nepotism. Most key hires are personal friends to CEO that he played hockey with - CPO runs organization like a sweatshop, everything is a "non-negotiable" - HR has zero interest in making company better... glorified admin at best - Horrible health insurance for US employees -- the lady at Costco pharmacy said "This is the worst insurance I've ever seen...your basic Costco membership offers more of a discount on Rx than this insurance plan!" - Products are easily reproducible

Thank you for sharing your perspective. A five-week tenure does make it difficult to experience the full depth of our culture, but we take early feedback seriously — it often surfaces things longer-tenured employees no longer notice. Relish is genuinely committed to building an environment where people do their best work and feel supported from day one. We continuously gather feedback through multiple channels and use it to improve our onboarding, benefits, and employee experience. We wish you well in your next chapter and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Benefits or remote work is overshadowed by poor leadership

Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Leadership expects employees to work nights and weekends, making work-life balance difficult. Performance expectations are high, but leadership often fails to clearly communicate them or provide adequate direction. There is little to no onboarding, leaving new hires to navigate their first week without support.

Thank you for your feedback and for your time with Relish. Work-life balance, onboarding, and clear communication from leadership are things we care about deeply — and we hear that your experience fell short of that. We've been actively working to strengthen our onboarding process and make performance expectations clearer and more consistent across the organization. Feedback like this helps us identify where the gaps are real, not just perceived. We appreciate your candor and wish you well in what's next.
