Cons
It's hard to find out good things about technical support in Reltio and the team is in the wrong hands. Experienced the differences between the Boss and Leader and the boss is always right! Less technical exposure and should avoid this company if anyone has mainly worked on Production support(Cloud, Linux, SQL, Monitoring, etc). Typical customer support job, work on non-prod env tickets, less technical exposure and you'll have to listen to too many things even if you are right. The best part of the Job is normal working hours but it's hard to understand the platform and limited support which will make you think to quit every day and your boss will inspire you to take that decision.
