7yThank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you felt we don't value employees. We work very hard to get feedback (Engagement Survey twice a year) and to create an inclusive environment. Our DEI committee is extremely active in making sure our hiring processes are committed to finding diverse candidates. And our Performance Review process includes a calibration component at the department and company level to insure fairness and remove bias. I'm sorry working here did not work out and we appreciate you letting us know how we can improve.
