It is a collaborative environment where ideas can be shared to build toward a common goal. There is a focus on enjoying the work that is being done.

Off the top of my head I can't think of any.

The only pro at this point at RemitDATA is the technical talent within the organization

Poor leadership from the top, very high turn over in director/management levels, benefits worse every year with no raises/bonus' in as much time, new corporate strategy almost quarterly, company has turned into a "Good ole' boys" club with leadership bringing in friends and past co-workers to take leadership roles, and finally to that, zero opportunity for advancement barring a departure from the organization.
