      An outstanding mix of talent hampered by poor leadership and bad direction from the top

      Pros

      The only pro at this point at RemitDATA is the technical talent within the organization

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the top, very high turn over in director/management levels, benefits worse every year with no raises/bonus' in as much time, new corporate strategy almost quarterly, company has turned into a "Good ole' boys" club with leadership bringing in friends and past co-workers to take leadership roles, and finally to that, zero opportunity for advancement barring a departure from the organization.

      Good buzzwords for your resume, like Big Data and Analytics Everybody is running hard and there are no slackers Individual can make an impact quickly

      Cons

      130% turnover in the last 3 years, 3rd CTO in 3 years Lacking healthcare experience in the people providing direction of the company Dishonesty at the very top New strategy every quarter requires firing/hiring with no measureable progress

      Pros

      Met some good people and got to work downtown.

      Cons

      The Manager shows favortism with employees. If she liked you the work enviroment was great. If not you were bullied. She also really took advatage of the "right to work" clause.
