Here you'll find lots of freedom, a diverse environment, no micromanagement, and the possibility to wear multiple hats and be involved in many projects.
Cons
The workload may be too overwhelming sometimes, but it's something common for an early-stage startup. It's always necessary to communicate this to the manager.
