We have great team collaboration, everyone is always willing to help each other and regardless of seniority level everyone is treated fairly. Opportunity to grow and take on new tasks is always available which makes each day exciting.
Starting with the interview process, everything was very clear and straightforward. The recruiting team was very responsive and always provided updates after each interview. Once onboarded, the training process was very in-depth, and I really felt like everyone took a great interest in ensuring that I received all the support to be successful in this role. I still feel that support throughout my day-to-day life and could not have asked for a better sales team and organization to be part of.
The actual sales process is very simple and to the point. Leadership does a great job of giving AEs the freedom to run their own sales cycle while also lending a helping hand whenever they can.
Cons
The only con that I have is that we are still working through the startup phase of implementing new sales tools and things of that sort, but every month leadership does a great job of ensuring that we have everything we need to be successful.
