Great concept, poor execution - Mental Health Specialist Renaissance Behavioral Health Employee Review

I enjoyed working for the company. I received in depth training and my input on becoming more efficient was taken into consideration. I learned a lot while I was there. My manager was hands on and had a open door policy.

better benefits would have been nice

I love the laid back culture and the personal touch that Pasadena Villa gives to the employees and residents. Very flexible with time off. The benefits are not that great.

The pay. The communication between Managers, Psych Techs and Nurses. Management seems to not focus on managing the facility, but more so on the residents. Better management skills would help smooth out the kinks within the company. Better leadership skills.
