Pros
Competitive compensation, Western-style management, flat organizational structure, no bureaucracy, generally supportive colleagues, positively stressful environment (not toxic as you get to see in some other places) and you always got things to do, plenty of growth opportunities, interaction between the departments which allows one to understand the full IB value chain.
Cons
Poor work / life balance (especially IB and research). Can get stressful at times with a bit of politics. Most of the fun offsite and corporate activities are done for the back office staff, which is at time disappointing.
