Pros
Small, not too bureaucratic. Interesting focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. Very smart people (many refugees from the 2008 downsizing at larger banks). Aggressive deal making culture.
Cons
Takeover by oligarch Russified the place, with views subject to political pressure. Miserable HR department - not per se, but because they must do management's bidding. Have seen people shorn of severange, bonuses and relocation money after downsizings. No shame.
