      Pros

      I have been working for Initial Medical Services for a number of years. Always lots of support from my fellow colleagues, right up to higher Management levels. Even though Rentokil are a national company, in our branch there is always a family feel, and is a pleasure to be part of.

      Cons

      If you are willing to put the hard work in, not sure there is any.

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Cons

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
