Overall the company has too much to do, yet they will not let you do anything. It used to be a nice small company where you have opportunities to do different things but now they will put your in a role and tell you to stay in your lane. There would be three month delays of tasks that needed to be done but they will not let you touch them because it's not your job. Of course you then spend three months twirling your thumbs endlessly waiting for that tasks to be picked up by the laziest and slowest developers. If you're a new grad, they will take advantage of you. The turnover rate is insane, only the original people stay with the company. There have also been incidents of people so fed up with the company and work that they just left without saying anything.
