None... This company is a complete cheat

All comments are valid in the previous review HELL. They hire employees for 3-6 months, make them slog to generate leads. Terminate them under the pretext of non-performance. Take their leads to generate business. Do not pay salary on time and do not give final settlement. No customer service as well to existing customers!

I can see you are disgruntled. Your frustration is evident too, maybe because of non-performance as you said, but let me tell you something, Blaming it on the company will not help your cause. Not sure if we are best company to work for but i am very sure we are NOT the HELL you described. In case we parted ways with you because of your non-performance and lack or results and that made you angry enough, Please accept my sympathies for the outcome but i can assure you that as a company we cannot continue with anyone who doesn't contribute to its growth as well as survival. Firing people can never be a PLAN for any company leave alone us. While i may want to advice you to not stoop down to mud slinging this way, still in case there is something i can help you with or any feedback from your side which can help us deal with our future teammates better, do write to at ashish@posist.com . The entire process felt pre-planned rather than performance-based. There were clear signals from management that I was already “on the radar,” which made it obvious that the outcome was decided much earlier. Despite performing well at certain points, the final decision did not reflect a fair or consistent evaluation. It honestly feels like cost-cutting under the disguise of performance issues. There also seems to be a pattern where promotions for existing employees are delayed or not implemented, which further raises questions about internal priorities There is little to no proper support during training, and feedback is vague. In my case, I was told we would connect for discussion, but instead, the termination was executed without giving a fair chance to even address the feedback. Right now, it feels like a hire-fast, fire-fast system with poor transparency and zero employee support.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Restroworks. I was offered a position by the company, and after receiving the offer letter, I made a major life decision — I resigned from my current job in good faith, trusting the commitment made by them. However, within just a few days, the company abruptly revoked the offer letter without any valid justification. This left me in a completely vulnerable situation, as I am now jobless because of their unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. What’s even worse is the complete lack of accountability. When I reached out to request either a revised joining date or any form of compensation for the loss caused, my emails were ignored and no proper response was provided. This clearly shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect for candidates. This kind of conduct is not just unethical, it directly impacts people’s careers and financial stability. Companies must understand that candidates are not numbers — these decisions affect real lives. I strongly urge job seekers to be extremely cautious while dealing with Restroworks. Do not rely on their offer letters unless you have absolute certainty, as they may withdraw it at any notice
