Pros

Do not even expect any pros with this company.

Cons

The company's CEO is a joke. He makes podcasts about how an employee should be rather than looking at himself and how a CEO should be. If people with good english skills are considered smart. Trust me, the US wouldn't have chosen Trump as their President.

Pros

Working here has been a positive experience, especially in terms of technical learning and client interaction. The role gives good exposure to real-time troubleshooting, which has gradually helped me improve my problem-solving skills. It also provides opportunities to build product knowledge and strengthen technical understanding. There is decent exposure to client handling, making the overall experience well-rounded. The team is supportive and cooperative, and management is generally approachable whenever guidance is needed.

Cons

No major concerns observed so far.

Pros

Have a friendly work culture

Cons

The entire process felt pre-planned rather than performance-based. There were clear signals from management that I was already “on the radar,” which made it obvious that the outcome was decided much earlier. Despite performing well at certain points, the final decision did not reflect a fair or consistent evaluation. It honestly feels like cost-cutting under the disguise of performance issues. There also seems to be a pattern where promotions for existing employees are delayed or not implemented, which further raises questions about internal priorities There is little to no proper support during training, and feedback is vague. In my case, I was told we would connect for discussion, but instead, the termination was executed without giving a fair chance to even address the feedback. Right now, it feels like a hire-fast, fire-fast system with poor transparency and zero employee support.
