Pros

remote work, coleagues, coworkers, coleagues, coworkers

Cons

lot of ppl leaving the company, and some doing it after quiet firing or after some people "decide them to leave" as the ceo would say euphemizing it, so expect big words and promises and zero rewards u can also expect close to zero benefits flexible time can also mean unlimited time, nonsocial (late and very late meetings) hours extremely unprofessional top management, ppl are treated insanely bad, no kidding extremely outdated management style top management treats all employees as if they are having a difficult and spoiled attitude while in fact management lives in a alternate reality where ppl should feed and pay rent with retina/transiris awards, and also feel lucky for having to do so also, the boss of this whole shabang loves ayn rand, ...yes, no kidding, rand, the far right, cryptofascist, anti-worker author,...ah and i f you ask for a raise you're a marxist, and deserved to be taught a lesson, so lessons is the "thing" you will get a lot:) as the boss fancies himself an academic of some sort his amateurish academic antics are funny sometimes toxic environment where a tiny minority, name starts with S and F, both of their names end with n, will thrive and push away other competitors or ppl who ask for a raise all the bad things u hear are true unfortunately things are also funny, if they wouldn't actually be tragic, just look at the fake reviews in which some "coleague" divides employees in slackers ans hard workers, hard workers stay , slackers go :) also if they promise u something like a raise, it could take months to actually get the raise, after u got the raise

Pros

I am so grateful to work at Retina. I've been here for around 3 years and I'm still learning a lot of things and see many career opportunities to come. In addition to the common benefits (health insurance, flexible and remote working options, breakfast and free office snacks every day, special lunch once a month, company accommodation, daily meal vouchers, others), the company offers unique experiences - the opportunity to meet US clients in person (the company is covering all travel costs including accommodation, airfare, meals, health care insurance, and incidentals).

Cons

There are no disadvantages from my point of view.

Pros

Transiris has provided me with an amazing environment for personal and professional growth. Over the last year, I've had the ability to collaborate with colleagues from around the world and across a variety of projects. Silvian (our Manage Partner/CEO) encourages exploration across job responsibilities and truly cares about the growth and success of his employees. I have flexible hours and the ability to work from home - Transiris offers a true work-life balance.

Cons

The majority (if not all depending on where you're located) of meetings are held on Skype or WebEx, so if you're not comfortable meeting with people in a non-face to face environment, working here may be problematic. If you prefer a more traditionally structured environment Transiris may not be a good fit for you.
