I originally thought advertising would be mostly creative work, but there is a strong analytical side as well. The position continues helping me understand how campaigns are planned and evaluated. The professionals I work with bring different perspectives that make discussions interesting. I continue gaining experience that applies across many areas of marketing.

Some advertising strategies require constant adjustment after launch.

Work itself was alright. It was enjoyable and the projects were great. The problem was with the people you work with and never knowing what was going on in their minds. You trust them because why wouldn't you? But you eventually realize you were being set up to fail all along!

- A lot of fake people. - You think they're nice, but absolutely not. They just needed your trust. - Then when things matter most, they'll throw you under the bus without hesitation! - It's done to destroy you! - It's deliberate. - It's all about protecting themselves, so they drag you down to lift themselves up! - These people have no principles. - Nothing matters except their own success. - It doesn't matter what gets stepped on or ruined! - People work here only for themselves and their personal gain, even if it means someone else's downfall! - It feels unbelievably cruel! - Never met anyone capable of something so horrible. - Beware, if you come here, you might end up ruining yourself!
