Pros
If you are being recruited, they will offer a decent salary (please negotiate!) If you stay long enough, people you don't like will either quit or randomly get fired.
Cons
- incompetent VP/CMO leadership in both front-shop and pharmacy - opinions matter more than numbers or industry best practices - constant bullying and infighting - most people are actively looking to get out - horrendous benefits and vacation (and it costs about $2K to buy yourself average family benefits) - presenteeism (the concept of flexible schedules is foreign to leadership) - lack of staff hours for stores, leading to in-store execution and customer service issues
