Pros

The only thing that is good is some employees, the employee discount and their charity foundation.

Cons

Terrible management, bad work-to-life schedule, very disorganized with scheduling (you have to go to the store to look at the shifts)

- only +$1 increase from being a cashier but triple the responsibilities - managers expect you to learn and perform all managerial duties but will not pay you for them - always understaffed and bad work like balance
