Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Promotes Racial inequality at all levels -Pays Black Pharmacists less than other races regardless of experience, No matter how much you negotiate, they insist on paying you less - Black Pharmacists are given the worst stores and worst shifts -Black Pharmacists are stifled from aiming for permanent positions or managerial positions -Seniority in the company means nothing when selecting managers, they handpick new grads to be manager and ask the black pharmacist to train them on the most basic concepts, clearly competence is not a criteria -Toxic culture overall where subordinates are encouraged to gossip and bully their new Pharmacists - Subjective review system for DSPs where staff pharmacists can score you very low and not be required to provide any tangible reason i.e. i don’t like your face - Training for new hires is lacking, you are paired with an older colleague for two days where (s)he can choose not to train you and give you a negative review afterwards. Basically, set you up to fail and penalise you for it. - The diversity in the company’s core values is only for linkedin and the website, look around and count the number of black employees exist in the organisation, few? Now count those in leadership positions, *crickets* Black Lives Matter my foot!
