Pros
Rexall is a fairly honest company to work for. Upper management is somewhat hands off in their management style. People in the company are friendly.
Cons
Frequent upper management turnover and culture of hiring externally make it difficult to advance. I've seen more "promotions" occur by people leaving then returning to the company a few months later to a higher position.
