      Pros

      Leaned a lot working there. Average pay for the retail sector. No overnight as the store only stays open until 10pm at the latest

      Cons

      Very demanding on managers due to constant labour cuts. Pay is not justified for the amount of hours one has to put in to have the store looking as set out by headoffice.
