      Pros

      Nice face-to-face co-workers. Nice offices, but open plan bull-pen style. Interesting products and staff days for testing outdoor products.

      Cons

      Since being acquired a few years ago, there has been a lot of turnover of top management and some chaotic ups and downs. Resulting in a recent wave of redundancies. There were a few people made redundant within 6 months of joining, which would be frustrating if you left an okay job to join Rhino.

      Private equity business that is only focused on stock prices. Quality and innovation of product is poor and so are the systems throughout the business.
