      Cannot think of any reasons why anyone should work here.

      Cons

      Private equity business that is only focused on stock prices. Quality and innovation of product is poor and so are the systems throughout the business.

      Cheap vision insurance, but thats it.

      Cons

      Leadership is a joke... no experience, unable to communicate clearly, lazy co-workers that steal from the warehouse and you should expect the typical hostility when you suggest an improvement.
