      They work good with schedules and getting time off when needed

      Upper management is out of touch with what really going on in the restaurant. They speak to the GM and that’s all they hear.

      Amazing staff that have become a true family. Great guest that have been coming some since the day the restaurant opened. The best BBQ on the Coast

      Pros

      Everyone treated each other as family and genuinely took pride in their craft.

      Cons

      Corporate became a very distant. You ended up becoming just a number on a paper instead of a person who gave years to the company.
