      The people are what make this company amazing, really tight knit and it's easy to know everyone from board execs all the way down to apprentices. Hybrid working is also decent

      Cons

      Workload can be quite unrealistic especially with university work on the rise. Neglect of talent development, verbal nomination for hard work but not financially increased pay. Can't work overseas or nomad which suckssss.
