It’s a startup. We try things that don’t work sometimes. We might try them again if the market changes later. This can be frustrating and appear like we are going in circles. But look back and you can see the progress.
It’s a startup. It feels like every month, there’s a new big change to absorb. But it doesn’t usually change my local area or day to day. The leaders are transparent when change happens. I ask questions and I get answers which helps me adjust to changes.
