Business Outlook

Pros

Even though my division in solar was short lived. It was the best experience I've received. Management believed in my abilities and provided support when needed. I spent my time onsite and understanding a part of the business that is valuable where ever I take my next job. I'm grateful to be part of Workrise.

Cons

Unfortunately, all leaders had their own goals and agendas which did not facilitate well down the organizational chart. No one on one training provided, structural approach or divisional goals to work towards. Sense of urgency was not up to what I believe is staffing standards. Great people but wrong industry.
