Pros

Positive environment to work in. Great staff at lower levels. Good career progression, although can be dependent on what direction you want to go down or what team you are in. Parties are fun.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Too many cliques. Can make it difficult to gel with certain teams. Very much if your face fits the bill environment / who can brown nose management the most. Managers who are somehow managers but lack people skills or the ability to lead a team. Got into their position based on timing or the fact it’s their best mate who is above them....... (you know who you are). Change the goal posts too often with ideas and plans. The network effect keeps the product going, I don’t genuine believe their ideas are always as successful as they make out. More a market dictating factor.

Some teams are nice .

Cons

Low pay, salary reviews are terrible, progression is terrible, minimal benefits . They are aggressively offshoring to South Africa. Would be wary about joining now.
