Pros
Flexible work location, incredibly talented team of artists who are always willing to collaborate to find solutions. Probably the best collaborative capacity I've ever been part of in this field.
Cons
Unfortunately, management doesn't care about the health of their employees and puts the blame game down the hierarchy. Both artists and lead artists deserve better treatment than what they get. Project frequently pivoting causing ripple effects down the line in the production: this causing frustration among artists who have to drop everything they are currently doing to prioritize unreliable quick-fixes. Fundamental art direction principles that need solving is met with an attitude of "just use silver-tape for now" and further pushed into becoming the individual artists' problems. Management has multiple times clumsily offended/stressed employees by being disrespectful (= inappropriate jokes, gossiping about employees, joking about their health, etc) without any accountability taken that one would expect from a professional work environment. Constant stress to perform overtime hours to chase an idea rather than a practical solution itself - which lays a heavy burden on employees individual health.
