Pros

Young company growing in ALL areas and truly open to enacting on new ideas that are suggested by staff from all levels. We are all encouraged to build communities within the company of all kinds through ERG's like HOLA which I was a part of establishing, virtual events like wine testing/comedy shows, safe live events like go-cart racing, and several Slack groups that could fill almost anyone's personal likes bucket. There is a very healthy balance of work/life balance with everyone encouraging each other to take time for themselves. I have felt completely supported on a professional level even going through my onboarding and acclamation during a trying time this year. The biggest pro is being able to receive very direct and clear communications from the executive team on the direction of the company on our current and future projects, as well as those that we decided against and more importantly the "why". There is a supremely fast paced environment due to the continuous platform being expanded on, which keeps me learning and growing. Love the continuously evolving stage this company is in.

Cons

None has come up during my time.

Pros

I have only been at Rippling for a month at this point, but so far so good! The onboarding and training are top tier. Definitely the best and most in depth training I have gotten at a company. My manager is great and was also an IC at Rippling for a couple years before moving into management which I really like because they understand what it is like to be an account manager here. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for career growth here. I am definitely excited to be here!

Cons

Not really a con but you HAVE to be self sufficient here. People are willing to help but they are also very busy so it might be a while before you get a response to a question. It was an adjustment at first but I think it makes you a better employee. If you need hand holding probably not the job for you. I don't really have any true cons yet, but ask me again in 6 months lol.
