Pros

- everyone I've met is collaborative and willing to take time to help each other out - interesting product, with lots of different challenges and user problems - clear (and exciting) company vision - transparent management - lots of growth opportunities, especially for people who are comfortable having lots of autonomy and running with it - from a business perspective, this company is doing quite well -- exciting to be a part of something like this

Cons

- not the place if you want to cruise through your day. A place good for people who thrive on being challenged and running hard with their team (not a con, but something to call out) - company is growing really quickly and while this is ultimately a good thing, building a sense of shared community will get harder - product covers a massive terrain for a company this size, ships features and products quickly (again mostly a good thing) but sometimes leaves customers with sub-optimal experience rather than a well-polished one

Pros

I have only been at Rippling for a month at this point, but so far so good! The onboarding and training are top tier. Definitely the best and most in depth training I have gotten at a company. My manager is great and was also an IC at Rippling for a couple years before moving into management which I really like because they understand what it is like to be an account manager here. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for career growth here. I am definitely excited to be here!

Cons

Not really a con but you HAVE to be self sufficient here. People are willing to help but they are also very busy so it might be a while before you get a response to a question. It was an adjustment at first but I think it makes you a better employee. If you need hand holding probably not the job for you. I don't really have any true cons yet, but ask me again in 6 months lol.
