Pros

In past jobs, I’ve been ignored or have felt burned by my previous management. I’ve felt like no one cared and people were only looking out for themselves In my short time here, my managers have made me have a different out look. They really put the team first and encourage you to take on projects out side of your day job. There’s never a finger pointed but rather a lesson learned. If something breaks, the team takes it head on! They are the younger side but that doesn’t stop them from raising alarms and making expectations pretty clear. For the actual job, it’s hard, like really really hard. It might be the toughest thing you’ll ever sign up for. Small business owners aren’t the friendliest all the time. So if you are easily spooked, probably not the place for you. The nice part is that there’s a lot of room for growth and you really get to interact with techie people on other teams.

Cons

It’s long hours at times and the nature of the business revolves around deadlines so it makes it pretty stressful. There’s a lot of new updates to the software which makes you fall behind sometimes - it can be hard to catch up. Because of the above, you run into some bugs which makes your deadlines tough sometimes.

Pros

I have only been at Rippling for a month at this point, but so far so good! The onboarding and training are top tier. Definitely the best and most in depth training I have gotten at a company. My manager is great and was also an IC at Rippling for a couple years before moving into management which I really like because they understand what it is like to be an account manager here. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for career growth here. I am definitely excited to be here!

Cons

Not really a con but you HAVE to be self sufficient here. People are willing to help but they are also very busy so it might be a while before you get a response to a question. It was an adjustment at first but I think it makes you a better employee. If you need hand holding probably not the job for you. I don't really have any true cons yet, but ask me again in 6 months lol.
