People: Unbelievably driven, smart and impressive people work at Rippling. Everyone truly cares about providing a fantastic experience to our customers and bringing their A game to their job every day. No question you will level yourself up just through the people alone. Product: I've never worked anywhere in my career that releases high quality product at such a rapid pace as is done at Rippling. Parker's vision and the execution of that vision by the engineering and product organizations is unparalleled. You want something new to sell every couple months that's valuable and positively impacts prospective customers - this is the place for you. Opportunity: You can count on one hand the number of companies that have ever grown revenue at the pace and scale that Rippling is currently doing, not too mention doing so in this macro environment. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and it is still very much the early innings. The organization has done a great job balancing internal promotions and bringing external leadership at different levels of the business from front-line all the way up to the c-suite. As we continue to expand new product and new regions/countries, the opportunities for high performers are literally endless. You can define your career here at Rippling.

Cons

Some of the other reviews have mentioned this although in my opinion you just need to come here with eyes wide open: WE RUN HARD. The opportunity at Rippling is so large and ripe for the taking that the pace and sense of urgency in which everyone comes to their job every day is like nothing I've ever seen. If you don't have the right expectations - this will be a punch in the mouth (to be candid). As a result, work life balance can at times be challenging; however, this has been recognized at the leadership level and is being proactively addressed going forward. We will always run hard but there's an opportunity to set up some more water / rest stations on the journey.

Pros

High-caliber team, product managers who listen to customer feedback, amazing leadership, compelling work. Great fit for accountants who want to interact with customers in a scalable function instead of living in spreadsheets and dealing with dated technology and processes.

Cons

Expectations are high, but training and enablement set you up for success. "Make it happen" mentality required. The plane is definitely being built while it's in the air, so patience and proactive communication with the product team is essential, but things are constantly improved as a direct result of clear, constructive, public feedback.

Pros

I have only been at Rippling for a month at this point, but so far so good! The onboarding and training are top tier. Definitely the best and most in depth training I have gotten at a company. My manager is great and was also an IC at Rippling for a couple years before moving into management which I really like because they understand what it is like to be an account manager here. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for career growth here. I am definitely excited to be here!

Cons

Not really a con but you HAVE to be self sufficient here. People are willing to help but they are also very busy so it might be a while before you get a response to a question. It was an adjustment at first but I think it makes you a better employee. If you need hand holding probably not the job for you. I don't really have any true cons yet, but ask me again in 6 months lol.
