Pros

I've been working here for almost 4 years, and there have been no massive layoffs—this is HUGE. My previous employer was similar to Rippling, and it seemed that there were layoffs every 6 months. The pay is well above average, and as a remote employee, you are provided with a yearly budget to improve your home office environment. The company also provides great career opportunities; for instance; my second year at Rippling, I completed a graduate degree, and I was able to start in a department related to my field, even though I was a new grad.

Cons

I had to think really hard about the cons, mostly because they are more related to my remote position than to Rippling itself. While being remote provides excellent flexibility, there are also challenges with the lack of face-to-face interaction and feelings of isolation among team members. Nonetheless, management has been responsive to feedback and has implemented remote social gatherings and team offsite events.

Pros

I have only been at Rippling for a month at this point, but so far so good! The onboarding and training are top tier. Definitely the best and most in depth training I have gotten at a company. My manager is great and was also an IC at Rippling for a couple years before moving into management which I really like because they understand what it is like to be an account manager here. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for career growth here. I am definitely excited to be here!

Cons

Not really a con but you HAVE to be self sufficient here. People are willing to help but they are also very busy so it might be a while before you get a response to a question. It was an adjustment at first but I think it makes you a better employee. If you need hand holding probably not the job for you. I don't really have any true cons yet, but ask me again in 6 months lol.
