      Smart and hardworking people Cool product solving interesting and relevant problems Great work-life balance Public company - so you get stock! Great benefit coverage (medical, dental, vision and 401k matching)

      Cons

      Could offer more promotion opportunities and salary increases to employees Very fast-paced (this could seem like a con to some, but I loved the dynamic environment since you can really have a huge impact and truly own your work)

      Autonomy and Trust from Leadership Recognition of Success Supportive and Competent managers Good career progression

      Cons

      Outside of the core product which has strong product/market fit, ancillary products have less traction/support. Since going public the share price has underperformed despite steady growth
