      Quarterly allocation, growth opportunity, can have a good team.

      Cons

      You will be forced to cover other stores without a choice up to 60 miles away giving up your personal weekend to stay in a hotel by yourself.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
