      Pros

      Good colleagues and nice shop.

      Cons

      Too much hours/high workload, high staff turnover, no consistency in managers - no personal development or promotion, no appreciation, low wages, no commission unless the store hits the target which is rare, very unorganised, too much company politics (favouritism).

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
