Pros
great work colleagues, my team was fantastic, lovely products, relatively good staff discount and a box full of goodies at Christmas time.
Cons
long hours, incredibly high targets for some stores making it near impossible to get bonus. Very strong pressure from Head Office , very high staff turnover , near impossible to progress if you are not in the books of head office (a lot of favouritism and dreadful company politics) , efficient people are barely recognised, heavy workload, strange wages according to certain positions.
