      Pros

      Pay is decent. That is about it. 40 percent employee discount on products- nice, but the products are nothing special.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, inconsistent management, schedule was always sent late and "subject to change" . Forced to stand outside all day desperately asking people to try our hand cream. Creates a non luxurious image for the up and coming brand.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
