      Good pay Flexible good training Staff allocation every 3 months monthly products to try

      Cons

      uniform Management above the shop manager don't have much engagement with employees (hard if you have an issue with the manager or they aren't performing well) Made to wear make up/ nail varnish strict on uniform Sometimes the brand values are put aside when dealing with employees (comes across fake)
