Run away!!!! Do not work here - Supervisor Rituals Employee Review

Managment is horrible Constant changes in Managment team, and we are never appreciated for our efforts. The team has come together on several different occasions to pull through due to lack of management and when a manager was reassigned.(this has happened three times where we needed a new Manager by the way.) instead of appreciating us for our efforts and maintaining the store in decent and running condition. We were simply told that the store is a mess and it is not good enough. The team was much more motivated and better doing our job when there was no Manager we had fun, but we still did what we needed to do and everything was running perfectly until the new manager joined and everybody is now wanting to leave. It is a horrible place to work with horrible Managment upper management is a mess, they treat us like dogs unexpected us to do what they say, when they say, constant changes to scheduling with no notice and the managers get pissy when we can’t do it trust me runaway
