There are some great people at the company, but teamwork is virtually nonexistent. The environment is extremely competitive, with individuals often prioritizing their own commissions over collaboration. Unfortunately, there's little to no support from upper management.
Compensation is heavily commission-based, and the internal systems are outdated and difficult to work with. The owners—who are brothers—remain completely disconnected from the team. In my four months at the company, I never had a single conversation with either of them. It would make a big difference if they were more present and offered consistent feedback and guidance.
After leaving the company, I didn’t receive my final paycheck on time and had to follow up multiple times to resolve the issue, which was incredibly frustrating.
