The opportunity presented by Riverpoint Management is more than just a job, it has the potential to be a life changing, and career enhancing opportunity, for the right individual. In my time with the company I have seen individuals with determination, a dedicated work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and grow in a position become very, very successful in a short amount of time. Meeting new people, traveling, and learning a niche market in the business world are some of the benefits of the position. This position takes the type of hard work that is associated with most jobs, however also takes a willingness to go above and beyond the typically 9-5 position. The opportunity to learn and grow is something that Riverpoint emphasizes and all of the people I have met working with this company exemplify that mentality. Management is sincere in their dedication to employees and the employees success.
Cons
Not many downfalls of a position that is upfront with expectations and sets realistic goals within realistic time frames. While I initially was uncertain of the job and what it could afford me, once in the position and really understanding what the entire position and career opportunity represented, any questions I had quickly answered themselves. The money and chance to advance is there, its just a matter of being the right type of person to stand up and say, "yes I want that."
