1. At times, the lab is very busy and you have to juggle helping multiple people out. 2. Need high levels of patience as some students are behind or have notable gaps in knowledge due to heavy AI use in fundamentals. 3. MUST have good communication and proper teaching skills. You can easily dig yourself in a hole where some students RELY on you to complete all of their assignments which will result in more work, but if you can teach them the skills that they need in an effective manner then the job becomes infinitely easier.
