Pros
Good pay, decent benefits, Day shift tends to have all the help and resources. If you enjoy working with higher acuity patients or are looking for a challenge this may be the hospital for you.
Cons
Nightshift is a whole other beast. For experienced nurses I think you can excel here. New nurses, they definitely do train you, used to be 6 weeks of didactics and i think 6 weeks on the floor but it will have it’s challenges.
