Teamwork is great Management is ok

Short staff Most often no lunches

Paid well, union facility, free health benefits, and low cost dental and vision.

Staffing is terrible due to high turnover, so we rarely lunches or breaks, and go out of ratio sometimes. They tell you that you can self schedule but rarely do. They tell you only 3 to 4 weekend days are required but will have you work every weekend. Some depts are very toxic, and cliquey.
