      Pros

      The pay. Literally only the pay, but it’ll have you questioning if it’s even worth it.

      Cons

      Overworked, no work life balance, HR is useless, women are often unsafe there and sexually harassed, people are promoted based on connections not by merit, racism in some parts, lack of care in management unless it affects their paycheck, horrible communication.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
